Description

The Golden Lion Hotel is a mid-19th century building located on the south side of Market Place. It is constructed of painted brick and has a Welsh slate roof, featuring two brick stacks and gable ends. The hotel has three windows with stone arches that do not have glazing bars. On the ground floor, there are two windows with moulded stone surrounds, and the entrance door is six panels with a plain stone surround. The Golden Lion Hotel is part of a group of listed buildings in Market Place.
