Description

Bongate House is an 18th and 19th century building. It is constructed of stuccoed stone. The building is two storeys high and features a central six-panelled door surmounted by a semi-circular fanlight with glazing bars. Flanking the door are two-storeyed, three-sided bay windows, each with a single light per storey in the front face. A single sash window is located above the door. Other windows contain 12, 16, and 20 panes of glass. The bay windows have a hipped roof.
