Description
Belsey Gate Farmhouse is a house from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of coursed rubble, with stone end pilasters that feature cornices and medallion decoration. The west side of the building is hung with slate. The roof is made of graduated slate and has brick chimneys at both ends. The house is two storeys high and has three symmetrical bays. The central entrance has a panelled door and a rectangular fanlight, both set within a corniced doorcase that also has medallion decoration. There is a single sash window on either side of the door, and three sash windows on the first floor, all framed in stone surrounds.
