Description

The Grange is a house built in the early 19th century. It features coursed rubble with brick dressings, a brick plinth, and an eaves cornice. The roof is hipped and made of slate, with two brick stacks that have been stuccoed. The house has three bays and is two storeys high. The central doorway is framed by an ashlar pilaster surround and an entablature, with a 20th-century door and a semi-circular fanlight. On either side of the doorway are single margin light sash windows that are segment-headed with brick voussoirs. There are two similar windows above on the upper floor.
