Description
The threshing barn located to the south of Hilton Hall dates from the late 18th century to the early 19th century. It is constructed from coursed, squared rubble with quoins and features a hipped roof covered in graduated slate. The barn contains two threshing floors; the one on the right has an elliptical head for the wagon door, while the central wagon door has a chamfered segmental head. Additionally, there is a chamfered segmental head for the byre door on the left, with access to the hay loft above.
