Description

37 Main Street is a building dating from the 18th century or early 19th century. It stands two and a half storeys high and is finished in plaster with a slate roof and a single chimney. The building features a plinth and has one window with a sill and plain surround, along with a gabled dormer window, both of which are sashed with all glazing bars. There is a modern shopfront at the ground level. Inside, an exposed beam is visible on the ground floor. At the rear of the building, facing Salt Pie Lane, there is a six-panel door topped with a consoled hood.
