Description
No. 9 Haverflatts Lane is a house dating from the mid-19th century. It is constructed of limestone rubble with dressed limestone quoins, a plinth, and a cill band at the first floor. The roof is made of graduated greenslate with stone ridges and end chimneys. The building has two storeys and features three 19th-century sash windows, each with dressed limestone cills and lintels. The central entrance consists of a six-panelled door with a fanlight, set within a semicircular-headed stone surround that has moulded impost blocks and is flanked by Tuscan pilasters. There is a prostyle Tuscan porch.
