Description

No. 3 Fairbank is an 18th-century cottage that was originally two separate homes. It is two storeys tall and constructed of rubble with a slate roof. The building features two chimneys, quoins, and coping with kneelers at the gable ends. There are two windows on the front, which have sills and plain reveals, and these are sashed. The doorway has a thin stone surround. Additionally, there are two blocked windows on the first floor and a blocked doorway.
