Description

Fairbank is an 18th-century cottage located on the north side. It is a two-storey building constructed with rubble, and has a slate roof and one chimney. The corners are defined by quoins. It features two windows with sills and plain reveals, utilising sash windows. A doorway is topped by a wooden lintel, currently with a modern door. A gabled porch with built-in seating and a slate roof is attached to the gable end of the adjacent property at No 2 Vicarage Lane. Exposed beams and joists are visible on the ground floor.
