Description

12, Queen’s Square is a mid-19th century building of two storeys. It is constructed of dressed stone and has a slate roof, with one chimney. The facade features quoins, a string course, and a wooden bracket cornice. There are four windows to each floor; they have sills and plain reveals and now contain sash windows with all original glazing bars. The central window on the first floor is paired. A yard entrance is located centrally on the ground floor, featuring a segmental head and a triple keystone. The building is included on the list for its group value.
