Description

This is a barn dated 1742, located west of Johnby Hall Farmhouse. It features mixed sandstone rubble walls and a graduated greenslate roof. The barn is long and low, with two storeys. There is a central segmental cart entrance that has a dated keystone. The building also has various blocked doorways, a loft doorway on the right, and upper slit vents. It is listed for its group value with Johnby Hall Farmhouse.
