Description

Nos 12 and 13, Albert Street, are a mid-to-late 19th-century example of Victorian Gothic architecture. The building is constructed of scored stucco and has blocked eaves. It has two storeys and features two-panelled doors. The ground floor has three windows, while the upper floor has four, all with two or three lights, chamfered stone mullions, and labels above.
