Description
Sunbeam House is a house dating from the early 18th century. It features whitewashed walls beneath a graduated greenslate roof, with banded pink sandstone chimney stacks at each end. The building has two storeys and five bays. A central gabled stone porch includes a 20th-century glazed door. The windows are 20th-century casements set in small original chamfered surrounds, with the end windows on both floors being smaller firewindows. The ground-floor windows are positioned under a continuous dripmould. At the rear, there is a contemporary extension that has 20th-century windows, some of which are in original plain reveals.
