Description

Hopland House is a house from the late 18th century. It features painted rendered walls with V-jointed quoins and is topped by a graduated greenslate roof with rebuilt red sandstone chimney stacks. The building is two storeys high and has three bays. There is an off-centre top-glazed panelled door and sash windows with glazing bars, all set in painted stone surrounds. The left lower extension, now known as Hopland Cottage, is not considered of interest.
