Description

This public house, located at 11 Senhouse Street, dates from the late 18th century. It is constructed of rendered stone and features a stone slate roof.

The building is positioned on the south side of Shipping Brow and has two storeys with five bays under a pitched roof. There is a stone chimney stack with a kneeler at the right end. On the ground floor, the entrance is in the second bay, flanked by a single window on the right and three windows on the left. The first floor has five identical windows above, all of which have painted stone surrounds and one-over-one sliding sash window frames with margin lights. The right side of the building is blind.
