Description

This is an early Victorian villa, likely dating from around 1840. It is a large, double-fronted house with a stucco exterior and rusticated quoins. The house has two storeys plus attic dormers. The central doorway features a Doric porch and above it is a segmental headed sash window with a keystone and cornice. Flanking the doorway are two-storey bay windows, with the windows themselves also being segmental headed and topped with cornices. Numbers 1 to 20A (consecutively numbered along Foxhouses Road), along with numbers 22 and 23, form a group of buildings.
