Description

No 1 Lowther Street is an 18th-century building constructed in 1814. It features two storeys with rusticated quoins, a cornice, and a parapet. The central entrance has a moulded doorway flanked by Tuscan pilasters and topped with a pediment. There are four sash windows on the ground floor and five above, all in plain frames. A lead rainwater pipe and head are also present. This building forms a group with Nos 78 to 83, which are consecutive.
