Description
Britton's tomb, located to the south of St Bridget's chancel, is a table tomb made of sandstone blocks that support a flat top. It is inscribed and dated in Roman lettering: September 17, 1663 (or 1668), commemorating William and Thomas Britton, a father and son who were lost at sea on the same ship.
