Description

Botcherby House is a house that is part of a pair, built in the early 18th century. It features painted rendered walls without a plinth and has a Welsh slate roof with brick chimney stacks at both ends and on the ridge. The house is two storeys high and has three bays, with the left bay set back. The right side has a panelled door framed by a stone architrave, with all dressings made of painted stone. The windows are sash style, set in plain reveals with stone sills, and there are external shutter retaining catches next to the ground-floor windows. The interior has not been inspected.
