Description

Quarrybrow is a house built in the early 19th century. It features rendered red sandstone walls and a Welsh slate roof, along with yellow brick chimney stacks. The house is two storeys high and has two bays. The entrance includes a plank door topped by a glazed fanlight, both framed by a red sandstone surround and a plain cornice. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are also surrounded by red sandstone. The listing does not include the adjoining cottage, which has 20th-century windows and door.
