Description
Pennybridge and the adjoining barn are a farmhouse and barn dating from the late 18th century. The building features painted stucco walls with V-jointed quoins and is topped with a 20th-century tile roof that has roughcast chimney stacks. The structure is two storeys high and consists of three bays, with the barn located to the left under a common roof. There is a four-panel door set within a painted stone architrave, which is sheltered by a 20th-century gabled porch. The windows are sash style, also framed in painted stone architraves. The barn nearest to the house has a blocked segmental arch and a left-projecting cart entrance. Additionally, there is a lower right extension that includes a 20th-century glass porch.
