Description

Broughton High Bridge is a road bridge dated 1835, located in Great Broughton. It is constructed from rusticated calciferous sandstone ashlar and features three segmental arches supported by rounded piers with rusticated voussoirs. The bridge has solid parapets that are topped with chamfered coping.
