Description

This headstone, dated 1696, is located approximately 12 meters southwest of the tower of the Church of St. Nicholas in Marston Trussell. It is made of limestone ashlar and features a scrolled top adorned with a cherub's head. The headstone has a rectangular panel that contains a partially legible inscription dedicated to Jonas Chapman.
