Description

This headstone, dated 1680, is located approximately 2 meters north of the north aisle of the Church of St. John the Baptist in Upper Boddington. It is made of lias ashlar and features a segmental pediment at the top, which includes an armorial device and flanking supports. The partially legible inscription panel is bordered by pilasters and decorated with scroll motifs.
