Description

The gates and gate piers to East Haddon Hall, located approximately 15 metres from numbers 1, 8, and 9 on Main Street, date back to the 18th century. They are constructed from limestone ashlar and feature moulded caps. The wrought iron gates, also from the 18th century, include an overthrow adorned with scroll work, leaves, and central entwined initials. Some decorative elements from the top of the gates are missing. These gates were originally located at Berrystead in Dundle.
