Description

Whychcote House is a building that originated as six houses in the late 10th century, now combined into one. It features squared coursed limestone and lias with a 20th-century concrete tiled roof. The structure has a three-unit plan and stands two storeys high, showcasing a four-window range of casements with some original wood lintels and 20th-century leaded lights. The central entrance has a 20th-century door with a porch. There are brick stacks located at the ridge and at the ends of the building. Inside, there is an open fire with a bressumer.
