Description

The gatepiers and gates to the east of Charwelton Hall date to the 18th century. The gatepiers are constructed from rusticated dressed ironstone and feature low, pyramidal finials. They may have been reduced in height at some point. The low iron gates were added in the early 19th century. The buildings are listed for their contribution to the wider group value of the hall and its landscape.
