Description
Manor Farmhouse is a house dating from the 18th century, likely incorporating earlier work. It is built from coursed squared ironstone and coursed rubble, topped with a slate roof and features brick stacks. The structure consists of a line of four irregular blocks of different builds. The principal block, which is the second from the left, has two storeys and an attic, with two bays. It features two- and three-light windows that have voussoired stone lintels along with wooden mullions and transoms. The entrance is located on the left side and includes a stone lintel above a four-panel door, with an overlight and a two-light window with a wooden lintel in the attic. The block to the left, which is one bay and two storeys high, has a three-light wooden mullioned and transomed window with a stone lintel on the ground floor. The block to the right is of an irregular shape, with walls that converge towards the roofline. This block also has two storeys and one bay, featuring two-light windows with stone lintels and wooden mullions and transoms on both floors. The block furthest to the right is two storeys high and has two bays, with windows that have stone lintels and two- and three-light wooden casements. The interior has not been inspected.
