The attic features a 3-light ovolo-moulded wood mullion window, all equipped with wood lintels. Below the attic window, there is a stone panel displaying the Spencer coat-of-arms, framed in a gadrooned stone surround. On the right side of the building, there are casement windows with wood lintels. The entrance is located at the rear of the cottage. The interior has not been inspected.
