Description

No. 3 Cross Tree Road is a cottage dating from the 17th century, with some alterations made in the 20th century. The building is timber-framed with brick infill, and the end walls are made of coursed limestone rubble. It features a thatched roof and brick stacks at each end. The cottage is one storey high with an attic and has a three-window range. The layout consists of three units. There is a 20th-century door located to the left of the centre, and the ground floor has two-light leaded casement windows, while the attic includes one- and two-light casements set in eyebrow dormers. The interior has not been inspected.
