Description

No. 82 Derngate is an early 19th-century house with a stucco front, standing three storeys tall. It features three sash windows set in reveals. The entrance has a panelled door and a fanlight, sheltered by a porch with cast iron trelliswork. The south-east side elevation is described under No. 1 Victoria Promenade. Nos. 72 to 82 (even) form a group with No. 1 Victoria Promenade.
