Description

No 1 Victoria Promenade is an early 19th century house with a stucco front. It has three storeys and features a projecting pedimented center. The facade includes one-over-one sash windows set in reveals. There is a two-storey side bay that has an ironwork railing on the balcony of the second floor. The central doorway is framed by a recessed porch with an arch supported by Ionic half-oval columns. This building is part of a group with Nos 72 to 82 (even) Derngate.
