Description

The Spencer Club, formerly known as Broadlands, is a building dating from the 17th century that has been altered over time. It features ashlar stonework, which is now covered with cement render, and has a Welsh slated roof. The structure consists of two storeys, a deep cellar, and an attic. It has casement windows set beneath lintels and is designed in an L shape with stone-coped end gables. There are also extensive modern single-storey additions to the building.
