Description

The Wheatsheaf Inn is an 18th-century building located on Dallington Road in Dallington. It is constructed of sandstone ashlar with a thatched roof and features red brick chimney stacks. The inn has four widely spaced first-floor windows, consisting of three double light and one triple light metal casement with leaded panes. On the ground floor, there are three windows: two double light casements and one triple light sash. A later addition includes a doorway with a gabled hood. The Wheatsheaf Inn is part of a group that also includes the Church of St Mary and Primrose Cottage.
