Description

The entrance gates and piers at Kiln Yard, dating from around 1935, are almost certainly designed by Clement Stretton. They consist of a pair of iron gates featuring an open grid pattern with interwoven lines that end in scrolls. The piers are made of whitewashed rendered brick and have a simple square plan. This entrance is part of a group with Kiln Yard.
