Description

The Old Vicarage and attached barn date from the early 19th century. The vicarage, now a house, is built of rendered brick and has a slate roof. It originally comprised two units and has three storeys, with a three-window front featuring sash windows with glazing bars, which reduce in size on the second floor. A projecting loggia at ground floor has a lead roof, a central French door, and is flanked by triple-sash windows with glazing bars. Brick stacks are located at the ends of the building. A 18th-century brick barn is attached to the rear of the house by a wall and has a steeply pitched roof covered in corrugated material.
