Description

This is a 17th-century chest tomb made of limestone, located approximately 1 meter south of the southeast bay of the south vestry of the Church of St. Michael. The tomb is plain in design and features a fragment of an inscription on the west end. The inscription reads, ".... The body of Pet........ yeoman who ... ed 84 years and died April 20 1642 and Anna Tymes his wife ....".
