Description

The bridge at the junction of lakes in the grounds of Marston House dates from 1751. It is constructed of limestone and ironstone ashlar and features a single arch with short flanking walls, all topped with balustraded parapets. The date is inscribed in Roman numerals on the parapet facing the road. This bridge is an integral part of the landscaping of the grounds surrounding Marston House.
