Description

No. 84 West Street is a building dated 1870, although it appears to have been constructed earlier in the 19th century. It stands three storeys tall, built of stone with a Welsh slate roof. The facade features two windows on the upper floors, which are hung sashes with glazing bars, and there are bands between the storeys. On the ground floor, there is one window and a four-panel door topped with a rectangular fanlight. A segmental carriage archway with a keystone is also present. This building is included as part of a group with Nos. 2 to 36 (even), 42 to 46A (even), and 52 to 98 (even).
