Description

This building is a cottage dating from the 17th and 18th centuries, constructed from coursed limestone rubble and brick, topped with a thatched roof and featuring brick end stacks. It is two storeys high. The left side of the cottage, made of stone, includes a ground floor 2-light small-paned casement window with a wooden lintel. The right side, built of brick, has a ground floor 2-light and a 3-light 20th-century small-paned casement window beneath continuous wooden lintels, along with a 3-light 20th-century small-paned casement window above. The left gable end features a tiny single-light window with original leaded panes in a gudgeon-hung iron framed casement. The entrance is located at the rear of the building. The interior has not been inspected.
