Description

An L-shaped range of a barn and outbuildings, likely dating from the 18th century, stands approximately 20 metres northwest of Manor Farmhouse. The barn is constructed from large ashlar blocks, possibly re-used, and has a corrugated asbestos roof. It is two stories high, featuring a plain board door with a wooden lintel, a loop light to the right of the door, and a plain square boarded opening above. A round wall-tie is found at one end. The outbuildings, which may have originally served as pigsties, are built of coursed limestone rubble with some brick and have a pantiled roof. These form the "L" of the range and include plain board and stable doors, as well as plain square openings with wooden ventilators. The building is included on the list for group value.
