Description
Greenfield Lodge is a farmhouse dating from 1848. It is constructed of squared coursed limestone with lias dressings and features a slate roof. The building has a double-depth plan and stands two storeys high with an attic. The main front has a three-window range with three gables, the centre of which is recessed. The windows are wood mullioned and transomed, with margin lights and moulded stone surrounds. The central 19th-century door also has a moulded stone surround. The gable parapets are made of ashlar, and there are brick and stone stacks at the ridge. A datestone is located above the entrance. The rear of the building is similar to the front. The interior has not been inspected.
