Description
Beech House is a mid-19th century house built from coursed ironstone rubble, featuring a slate roof and brick end stacks. The building stands two storeys high and has a three-window range. The central entrance consists of a door with six flush panels, the upper two of which are glazed, set within a gabled porch that has lattice work and a slate roof. Above the door is a sash window, while the other windows are triple sash. The right gable displays a datestone from 1641 along with the Cockayne arms, which were removed from Cockayne Bridge. There is a pump located at the base of the house. The interior has not been inspected.
