Description
The Polecat Public House, located at No 170 on Wycombe Road in Prestwood, is likely from the 17th century and was later cased in brick during the 18th century, with additional alterations made over time. The front elevation is rendered and painted, while the north wall features chequer brickwork and a first-floor band. The building has an old tile roof and a tall brick stack positioned in the center. It stands two storeys high, with an attic in the north wing. There is a gabled porch on the right side, and the right side of the building has a 2-light casement window on each floor, while the left side has a 3-light casement window on both the ground and first floors.
