Description
Flint Cottage is a house dating from the early to mid-19th century, situated on Hughenden Speen Road in North Dean. The building is constructed of flint with Denner Hill stone quoins, with brick window surrounds and a slate roof. It is two storeys high and features two bays. The windows are wooden casements with three lights and bars. A central, gabled porch was added in the 20th century. A matching, slightly recessed bay was also added in the 20th century to the left. The cottage is listed for its group value.
