Description

This is a 17th-century house that has been altered subsequently. It is timber framed with brick infill, with some sections faced in old red brick. The roof is thatched, and there are two brick chimneys. The house is L-shaped with a projecting wing to the left. The left-hand wing has a variety of casement windows: two- and three-light casements to the ground floor, a three-light upper casement and single brick segmental two-light casements with a one-light upper casement in the centre, most featuring modern leaded glazing. The north elevation has two bays of exposed timber framing and a door to the left, with windows arranged irregularly.
