Description

This is an 18th-century refronting of a 17th-century building, located on the east side of High Street in Long Crendon. The building is constructed of rubble stone, with a roughcast front elevation featuring an impressed pattern of scrolls between the windows and a decorative band on the first floor. Similar motifs are present on the south gable wall. The roof is thatched, half-hipped at the south end, and incorporates a central stack and one stack at each end. The front façade has three bays, with a four-panel door located to the left of the centre, flanked by sash windows and two further sash windows above. A three-light leaded casement window is positioned on the left-hand side, with a matching window above. A single-storey addition of tiled construction extends from the north gable, featuring a modern casement window. Leaded windows are visible at the rear.
