Description

Thompsons Farmhouse is a building from the 15th to 16th century that has been extended and modernised. It is two storeys high, primarily constructed of timber-frame with brick infilling and some rubble stone. The roof is tiled. The east front is U-shaped and features a stone stack on the north side of the south wing, which has three diamond brick shafts, along with a central chimney. The windows are irregular modern leaded casements, and there are ledged doors.
