Description
Littlecote Dairy Farmhouse is a house dating from the late 16th to 17th century. It features a two-bay structure that is almost entirely surrounded by later extensions. The original building has a timber frame with curved and ogee braces, while the extensions are made of whitewashed brick. The farmhouse has steeply pitched slate roofs and stands two storeys high. The windows are 20th-century casements. To the west, there is an 18th-century lean-to, and a 20th-century gabled extension at the front includes paired casements flanking a glazed door, with a three-light casement on the first floor. To the left, there is a 19th-century extension that has a door and two 20th-century casements in a single attic dormer. Further extensions to the left were made in the 20th century.
