Description
Rose Cottage is an 18th-century cottage located in the hamlet of Hillsden. It is constructed of whitewashed brick and features a thatched roof with a small off-centre chimney stack. The building has one storey and an attic, comprising two bays. The front of the cottage has leaded casement windows under timber lintels, with a single window on the left and paired windows on the right. The right gable includes a similar paired casement window in the attic. There is a modern extension with an entry that is set back to the left gable, along with further extensions at the rear.
